We have seen many negotiations reach an impasse by those who shoot it out alone with out the experienced knowledgeable Broker advantage. Our commission is always fair and intended to cover hours of research and logistical expenses incurred in producing the best possible outcome.

Our services are fiduciary and provide the local knowledge support that is extremely valuable internationally. Upon successful negotiation and contract, we will also support the "Due Diligence" process as requested.

When under Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreements, we offer additional feasibility, market valuation and analysis and entitlement, permitting, sales proforma projections and construction cost analysis as well as other critical support at a very competitive rates relative to other third party providers. In larger deals we credit these costs at the closing.

Ultimately our Clients agree that they have needed us to be on their side looking out for their best interests, especially internationally when third party services may not always be unbiased or reliable.
