Since the beginning, Developers and Investors have entrusted us under a Buyer's Broker Agreement to seek out and show them the best opportunities in the marketplace. We have sold entire Islands, marinas, prime development property and operating hotels and resorts. In many instances they requested our negotiation services to conceal their full identity that would have compromised their negotiating position. We attempt to negotiate the best price and terms on their behalf regardless of our commission.

Our Buyer Broker services not only save the Buyer money but also time, aggravation and wasted effort. We see a lot of frustration turn to outrage when negotiations reach an impasse by those who shoot it out alone with out the experienced knowledgeable Broker advantage. Our commission is always fair and intended to cover hours of research and logistic expenses incurred in producing the best possible outcome.

Our services are fiduciary and provide the local knowledge support that is so necessary internationally. Upon successful negotiation and contract, we support the "Due Diligence" process and research as requested.

When under Buyer Broker Agreements, we offer additional feasibility, market analysis and due diligence entitlement, permitting, sales proforma projections and construction cost analysis and other critical support at a reduced rate.

Ultimately our Clients agree that they have needed us to be on their side looking out for their best interests, especially internationally when third party services may not always be reliable.
