I enjoyed designing this luxurious ocean front project because Cabarete was so easy to sell as a popular fun filled resort destination in the Dominican Republic. Perla del Este in Bavaro (Punta Cana), Dominican Republic

It was a challenge to provide sales and marketing services to this non-beach front project in Punta Cana, but as you can see by the video below, more emphasis was placed on the popularity of this fun filled resort destination in the Dominican Republic.

This beachfront Condominium Project was designed as a boutique luxury Condo Hotel for the Latin American market and sold for record per square foot prices for its luxury appointments and exceptional design.
